$1.50 lb half hog

Most of our pigs go in at 240-300lb.
​You are also responsible for the butchering cost.  

Example: 280lb pig X $1.25 = $350 for the pig
Average carcass weight after slaughter 180lb
Average processing cost per pig $190 (This price can vary based on what you have done.)
Total Cost =$540 pig or $3lb for a whole hog.
